Helen's bio

I have lived in the Sierra Foothills for 18 years, having moved from Santa Rosa in 1992.  My art education was obtained primarily through community college courses, art workshops and private lessons.  My work has been accepted at many juried shows, including the Haggin Museum, the Carriage House Show, the Mother Lode Art Association Annual Exhibit, Ironstone Winery's Spring Symphony Exhibit, the Central California Art League and the Professional Fine Arts Divisions of the Sonoma, Calaveras and Tuolunne County Fairs.

I am an active member of Arts of Bear Valley, Golden Palette Art Association, The Gallery Group, Mother Lode Art Association and the Calaveras County Arts Council.

My work may be seen at the Aloft Gallery on Washington Street in Sonora, Galeria Copper in Copperopolois, Murphys Grille in Murphys and in seasonal shows with Arts of Bear Valley, The Golden Palette Art Association, Mother Lode Art Assocation and the Gallery Group.
